What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an affable, outgoing individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our fast-growing company in a client-facing account management role.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day of advertisers’ accounts with a focus on driving high performance at scale.
- Work within our tracking and reporting platform to conduct new campaign set ups and offer launches.
- Review statistics to locate trends, opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses and take appropriate action to address each.
- Work closely with Affiliate Managers to allocate budgets, review offer requests, and strategize on new means for client growth.
- Negotiate and strategize with clientele on new campaign opportunities.
- Reconcile client campaign statistics on a monthly basis to ensure accurate billing.
What You Have
- 1-2 years’ experience in account management or affiliate management roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution. Course focus in Advertising, Marketing, or Finance fields a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn and apply yourself towards achieving the company’s goals.
- Detailed understanding of online advertising pricing models including CPC, CPM, CPA, and CPI.
